Refer a Property
Know an owner that wants to sell their property? Are they behind on payments? Are they going through a divorce? Or just need to sell fast? Let us know and you could earn $1500 to $2500.

We Make Contact
Give us all the information you can on the owner of the property like: Name of owner, address, phone number, e-mail, etc. We are also looking for as much information on the property as possible like: Square footage, Number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, etc. We will contact them to try to make a deal.

We Sign a Contract
At Cervantez Investments, we will try to help the property owner in anyway possible to sign a contract that both fits them and us.

We Close on the Property
Once we sign contract, the next step is to go to closing. Once we close on the property, you will receive your referral fee. We can have a business relationship that brings us business and you a nice fee for every referal.
